Alwin Murphy-Brown – Owner

Alwin Murphy-Brown brings over 28 years of hands-on experience in the pump industry. He has built a career reputation based on his technical expertise, problem-solving, and a commitment to doing the job right.
He began his career in 1998 in Kelowna, working with deep well pump systems, where he developed a strong foundation in pump mechanics and field service. From there, he expanded into a service manager for Engineered Pump Systems, gaining extensive experience in installation, service, and system troubleshooting across a wide range of applications within effluent and stormwater pump systems.
In 2005, Alwin founded Revolution Pump Service Ltd. later incorporating the company in 2015. Since then, he has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work that supports long-term system performance while prioritizing the client’s best outcomes. Known for his practical approach, Alwin often identifies smart, cost-effective solutions that help clients extend equipment life and avoid unnecessary expenses.
Known for his ability to troubleshoot complex issues, Alwin can diagnose any pump system problem and determine the most effective path forward. Whether extending the life of existing equipment or identifying when a system has reached the end of its service life, his approach is grounded in honesty, precision, and practical solutions.
Alwin is also recognized for being a trusted partner on both new installations and long-term service relationships. His experience allows him to guide projects from start to finish while ensuring systems are set up for reliable, long-term performance.

Cameron has been a key part of Revolution Pump Service Ltd. for over 10 years, bringing dedication, technical skill, and a strong commitment to client service on every job.
Originally educated as a Philosophy major, Cameron chose to pursue hands-on work in the field, a decision that has proven to be a natural fit. Under the mentorship of Alwin, he developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of pump systems, from diagnostics and repairs to overall system performance.
Now service manager, Cameron is known for his diligent approach and commitment to doing the job right. He takes pride in supporting clients with clear, knowledgeable service, ensuring they understand both the issue and the solution.
With a strong foundation of experience and a practical mindset, Cameron plays a critical role in delivering reliable, high-quality pump service and maintaining the standard that clients expect from Revolution Pump Service Ltd.

Jenn is responsible for coordinating day-to-day office functions, supporting the team, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional approach help create a seamless experience from first contact through to project completion.
With a solid background in business operations, HR and customer service Jenn helps support both the team and clients, contributing to the reliable, well-managed service that Revolution Pump Service Ltd. is known for.

Through this partnership, Revolution Pump Service is standing behind the people who actually built British Columbia, and helping ensure that no senior is forced from their home simply because they cannot afford the support they need.
Many of these seniors spent decades building the homes, businesses and infrastructure our communities rely on, often without the security of an employer pension. Today, across BC, 72 % do not have enough income to afford the support they need to remain safely at home and connected to their communities and families.
More at Home Society helps bridge this gap by funding practical home support that enables seniors to continue living safely and independently at home. This support also provides relief for overstretched family caregivers and helps improve outcomes following a hospital stay, illness, injury or surgery. Even a few hours of assistance can support a safer return home, reduce the risk of setbacks and allow seniors to recover with dignity.
